Winemaking Notes
Tudal Winery has been producing premium Cabernet Sauvignon since 1979. As a tribute to the Canadian Geese who migrate over our riverside vineyard, Tudal Winery proudly dedicates our second vintage of Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Honker Blanc. This crisp yet fruity wine is our first white since Arnold's 1981 Chardonnay.

Tasting Notes
Honker Blanc is fermented in satinless steel to preserve the natural flavor and character of the grapes. Up front, note the ripe green apple flavor followed by a kiss of grapefruit and citrus. Low acidity enhances the honeydew melon on the finish.
Our winged spokesperson recomends serving this wine slightly chilled with a light pasta, seafood or game hens, but never with Goose!
